Dear TBC Family and Friends,
Happy New Year! Another year has passed and another year is coming. I know that this past year was filled with some hurts and pains for some of you. But I also know for many of you, God's grace and strength have sustained you! We all get a natural reflection point tomorrow and the following day to think and reflect on God's grace in our lives and how He has been working in and through each and every one of us.
Please join us tomorrow morning for corporate worship. Let's praise God and sit under His Word as we end 2023 and move into 2024. Pastor Eli will be bringing us the Word of God and I trust that we will all be exhorted and encouraged by his sermon tomorrow.
Please also come back Sunday Evening as we will be having a Works of God night, where we will be able to reflect on 2023 and how God has been working in our lives. We will have some people sharing their testimony of how God has been working in them. We will also have some time for an open mic for people to share if they are led to do so. Following this testimonies night will be a fellowship. Please plan to stay and fellowship with one another!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. NEW YEAR'S EVE: Sunday evening December 31st will be a Works of God Testimony & Worship night with a fellowship meal following the service. For the fellowship, please bring a large food dish and/or a dessert to share with everyone... bring enough for your family plus a few extra people. Feel free to bring games and activities to stay till midnight if you would like to do that! Childcare will be provided during the service for 4 years and younger in nursery.
2. JUNIOR CHURCH AGE UDPATE: Our Children’s Ministry program is growing! Please note that beginning in January, our Junior Church and evening Children’s Church program will cut off at 5th grade instead of 6th grade. Congrats 6th graders- you’ve graduated!
3. CHRISTMAS CARD EXCHANGE: This is the last Sunday for the Christmas card table! Please take a pass by the table between the auditorium and the gym to see if you have any cards on the table. The table will come down January 1st.
4. MEN'S & WOMEN'S MINISTRY: Our next Men's & Women's Ministry nights will be on January 7th (no fellowship meal following) and January 28th (fellowship meal following).
5. BASKETBALL SIGN UP: We are opening up the TBC Basketball signup only to TBC attenders and unchurched friends and neighbors you are trying to reach with the Gospel, for now. If your friends attend a church of like faith or if they are already believers, they will be able to sign up at a later date in early January. Please do not share this registration information with anyone else at this time. Text BASKETBALL24 to 860-289-8976 to get the registration link. The league will begin on January 13th and end on March 30th. The cost is $35 per child.
6. NEW MARRIAGE CLASS: Now that the Holy Sexuality class is done, Jesse & Kim Christophel will be starting up a class on marriage starting January 7th up in the room across from the teen room at 9:30am on Sunday mornings. They will be using the book You and Me Forever about viewing our marriage in light of eternity.

Sunday, 9:15am - Teachings of Jesus
Join us as we work through Jesus' sermon from Matthew 5-7. We will discuss the reality of living as followers of Christ in the presence and power of the Kingdom of God within our everyday world. This class meets in the upstairs Gym Adult Classroom across the balcony.
Sunday, 9:15am – The Covenants (Zoom By Request)
The Covenant's class is a study of the 7 key promises (covenants) that God makes to mankind and Israel in His restoration of all things back to His original design, including the Adamic, Noahic, Abrahamic, Mosaic, Palestinian, Davidic and New Covenants. If curious ask Skip Mission for more details. Anyone is invited to join. This class meets in the classroom across from the church office.
Sunday, 9:15am - Discipleship Training Class
Kevin Tower is teaching a 12-15 week class for those interested in getting training in how to become an effective disciple maker. We encourage all regular attenders to attend this class at some point! This class meets in a classroom down below the auditorium lobby. Anyone is invited to join!
Sunday, 9:15am - Ladies' Bible Study and Prayer
Beth Mission is teaching an Old Testament survey class to women. They meet in a classroom in the gymnasium. All ladies are welcome.
Sunday, 9:15am – Marriage in Light of Eternity
Jesse & Kim Christophel will be starting up a class on marriage starting January 7th up in the room across from the teen room at 9:30am on Sunday mornings. They will be using the book You and Me Forever about viewing our marriage in light of eternity.
Sunday, 9:15am - The Book of 1st Peter (In Person & Zoom)
This class is studying the book of 1st Peter. We are seeing that Almighty God has called us out of an idolatrous, demonic world to be His ETERNAL ambassadors of light for Him in time. We are also seeing our ETERNAL position in Christ, contrary to that of a subjective, demonic position of darkness. We will pray from 9:15-9:30 and have some brief fellowship before diving into the Bible and discussions right around 9:30am. Anyone is welcome to join in the Young Adult room in the gym.
Sunday, 9:15am - Membership Class (Zoom By Request)
Pastor Rowley is teaching a rotating class focusing on what we believe and why we believe it. This class has time for Q&A each week and meets in the gym. Anyone is invited to join at any time.
Sunday, 10:30am - SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE
The livestream can be accessed on Facebook and YouTube and our website 10-15 minutes before the start of the service.
Sunday, 10:50am - Junior Church
Junior Church is for children ages 2-11 and begins after the morning worship time in the auditorium.

This life group meets in Windsor Locks at the Rodriguez's home and is discussing the topic of Biblical Principles for Family Living. Anyone is invited to join. Children are welcome.
Wednesday, 7:00pm - Teen Group
Any teens are invited to join in the teen room at church. Pastor Rodriguez leads the teen group.
Wednesday, 7:00pm - Rudy Nelson Life Group
This life group is studying the book of 2 Timothy. Anyone is invited to join at church.

This life group is studying Revelation chapter 4. Anyone is invited to join at church.

This life group is meeting in different homes in the Windsor area. Anyone is invited to join.
