Announcements & Connection Links 10/21/23
Dear TBC Family and Friends,
This week my heart has weighed heavy for Christine Lanyon and Joe Picard. As you may already know, Christine has been intubated with the hopes that her seizures will be under control and her brain may heal. Brother Joe Picard yesterday night went home to be with the Lord. He was at peace and ready to see his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Please continue at all times when you remember, to be praying for Christine and her healing. Be also praying for comfort for the Picard family as they live a new reality without Joe.
As I think about life and the certainty of death as Ecclesiastes has been talking about, it makes me all the more committed to living a life that is worthy of the gospel, something I know Brother Joe has lived. Let us seize every moment of our lives to live for God. Join us for corporate worship tomorrow as we seek to praise God and submit ourselves to His Word. As we continue in our study of Ecclesiastes, we will see tomorrow various practical godly wisdom that we should employ in our lives to the glory of God.
Please also come back Sunday evening as we have the privilege of having one of our missionaries Steve Cerna give us an update and share the Word of God with us.
Looking forward to being with you all tomorrow!
In Christ,
Pastor John
