Dear TBC Family and Friends,
Tomorrow morning will be a blessing as Ray Hoover, our missionary to Ethiopia, will be speaking to us. He is a one man revival that stirs our hearts every time he preaches for us. Our church is planning to give him a significant love offering to help one of his church planting evangelists get a piece of property to give stability to a good new church.
On Sunday evening Ray will be explaining how they are supporting 8 church planting evangelists attempting to start churches in a 30 mile radius. The political scene has become challenging. Several of their evangelists have been arrested but God is working also. Ray will also answer questions about life with a family on the mission field. He has started churches in New York City, Malta and Ethiopia. Please come and if the Lord prompts your heart to give toward their church plant property, please do so.
Keep praying, witnessing, serving. God is real and God is good. It is worth the effort!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. TASTE OF FELLOWSHIP: All ladies are invited to attend our monthly Taste of Fellowship where they connect at a local restaurant on Monday, August 12th. They will be meeting at Maggie McFly's in Manchester, CT at 6pm. If you can attend, please RSVP to Melanie. Feel free to invite a friend as well!
2. NEW ABF CLASS: Eli and Madeline have just started FamilyLife‘s all-new Art of Marriage series in a new Adult Bible Fellowship class. This series is designed to inspire and equip today’s couples: whether newly married, seasoned, empty nesters, or part of a blended family. The series presents six aspects of God’s powerful and perfect love, and how it can be be understood and applied to our lives and our marriages, in light of who we are in Christ. This class meets upstairs in the gym, and anyone is invited!
3. MISSIONARY VISITS: Ray Hoover will be with us this Sunday, August 4th. He will preach in the morning, and in the evening he will be doing a Q&A on life in missions. We also will have Todd and Sara Hudson, our missionaries to Austria, with us on September 1st.
4. HERMENEUTICS CLASS: Pastor Rowley will be teaching a 4 week Hermeneutics class (how to interpret the Bible) at his home on Sunday afternoons beginning on August 11th. If you are interested in joining, please let PR know. He will be providing lunch as well for the people attending class.
5. SOCCER LINK FOR REGISTRATION - ROUND 1: We are registering for soccer for TBC attenders annd those without a church home only starting today. Please DO NOT share this link with anyone who attends a church/homeschool group who does not regularly attend TBC themselves. If you know of an unchurched family that you would like to reach please DO SHARE this link with them. We ask that anyone who is not a TBC attender or an unchurched friend of a TBC attender wait until the registration opens to everyone on or around August 20th. Sunday, 9:15am - The Book of 1st Peter (In Person & Zoom)
This class is studying the book of 1st Peter. We are seeing that Almighty God has called us out of an idolatrous, demonic world to be His ETERNAL ambassadors of light for Him in time. We are also seeing our ETERNAL position in Christ, contrary to that of a subjective, demonic position of darkness. We will pray from 9:15-9:30 and have some brief fellowship before diving into the Bible and discussions right around 9:30am. Anyone is welcome to join in the Young Adult room in the gym.
Sunday, 9:15am - Membership Class (Zoom By Request)
Pastor Rowley is teaching a rotating class focusing on what we believe and why we believe it. This class has time for Q&A each week and meets in the gym. Anyone is invited to join at any time.
Sunday, 10:30am - SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE
The livestream can be accessed on Facebook and YouTube and our website 10-15 minutes before the start of the service.
Sunday, 10:50am - Junior Church
Junior Church is for children ages 2-11 and begins after the morning worship time in the auditorium.
Sunday, 5:00pm - Prayer Time for Church and Community Needs (Adult Classroom in Gym & on Zoom)
Anyone can join and pray with us!
Sunday, 6:00pm - SUNDAY EVENING SERVICE

This life group studying the book of Exodus and is open to anyone via Zoom.
Wednesday, 7:00pm - Teen Group
Any teens are invited to join in the teen room at church. Pastor Rodriguez leads the teen group.
Wednesday, 7:00pm - Chuck Jutras & Rudy Nelson Life Group
This life group is studying "The Power of Giving Thanks." Anyone is invited to join at church.
Wednesday, 7:00pm - Pastor & Deanna Rowley Life Group (Zoom Only)
Anyone is invited to join via Zoom.
Wednesday, 7:00pm - Kevin Tower Life Group
This life group is studying the life of Christ through the Gospels. Anyone is invited to join in person at church.
