Announcements & Connection Links 1/15/23
Dear TBC Family and Friends,
We got a bit of snow this week! I am glad it was just a little, but it sure felt like a blizzard! I had already forgotten that things could get colder here and was literally freezing any time I left the house, but praise God for warm clothes and a church that has a great heating system (thanks, Pastor Rowley).
Tomorrow we will continue our study in Hebrews 10. What we will find tomorrow is that the author of Hebrews likes to repeat the same truths he has already stated, but now states a bit differently. The author reminds us Jesus is our once and for all sacrifice that provides forgiveness of sins. As we go through our passage, I'll be taking a more applicational approach to this great truth about Jesus' sacrifice.
Please also, if you are a regular attendee of TBC, try to make it out to our family meeting that will be taking place tomorrow evening, in place of the Sunday evening service. Right after the family meeting, we will be having a time of fellowship with soup and salad. We will be discussing the proposed budget as well as having some ministry updates.
Looking forward to worshipping with you all.
In Christ,
Pastor John
